How is Social security determined for dependents if a parent is disabled and owes child support?

My daughters father is ';supposedly'; disabled and has been approved for SS. What determines the amount of money that my daughter will get? Is it a set amount or what? He also has 5 other children that will also be getting money to. Will that matter to? Help please. How is Social security determined for dependents if a parent is disabled and owes child support?
Kids don't get child support. The parent taking care of them does.

If the judge didn't set the amount, then it's hard to tell. How is Social security determined for dependents if a parent is disabled and owes child support?
Well if he is getting SS, then he is not going to get much. Children are not entitled to SS. If the children are less than 18 then they are still entitled to child support, however the amount he is paying will need adjustment. It is like this, with him being on a fixed income now, and being disabled, none of the children will be receiving much.
