What forms do I need to complete or what exactly needs to be done by me? The other party is behind in over $5,000.00 and I've already taken them to child support enforcement a few weeks ago and they advised that they will start garnishing his wages in 30 days moving forward but said nothing about the payments he was behind. Ask the family court how the delinquent amount will be dealt with? They should be able to tell you if an order for additional garnishment needs to be done thru the courts.
