What good parent would introduce their children to evil?

God has the power to get rid of the devil, but doesn't since he wants us to have free will.

Why even introduce your children to evil in the first place, when you have the power to stop evil and if God is so concerned about free will, then why doesn't God just add another flavor to Baskin Robbins?

If you are a parent and you want your child to have free will in order to make a decision, would you even consider exposing your child between choosing crack cocaine and skittles just so he can have free will? What good parent would introduce their children to evil?
Parents would do this to show their kids what to watch out for. It's like not telling your kids about drugs or smoking. If the kids have no idea about if it's right or wrong, they would be confused and have more of the risk of falling into the wrong. What good parent would introduce their children to evil?
as a parent you teach them and guide them, and hope your example will also aid them in making decision. Though when the child becomes an adult if he/she strays from the path which the parents have shown them, the child is responsible for giving the parents grief and sorrow, and the parents pray that he/she will turn back from the path of drugs alcohol and other addictions.
compare these children.. 1 has parents just like how you described them and 1 has parents who do not expose their child to evil.. who do you think would be more ';good'; in all its sense?.. the one who chose to do good despite the presence of evil or the one who never did wrong because he did not face a difficult decision-making situation?..
Why would parents consider lying to their children and raising them to believe in a mythical deity who says they should be stoned to death if they are unruly?
As your name demonstrates....
';...if God is so concerned about free will, then why doesn't God just add another flavor to Baskin Robbins?'; That is a bizarre sentence!

And what parent ever offered their child cocaine in the name of free will?!

Lol.
