I am trying to prepare for TPR hearing, and i want to have a strong evidence that i am a fit parent to get my child back. I have declaration of facts but I am not sure it is enough. Can you please advise me.What must a parent provide to be considered a fit parent?
a fit parent is a person that doesn't drink, do drugs or gamble. and is not a pervert. a nice home/apartment, a decent paying job enough to support the child/ren. clean. dress-well but not to well. What must a parent provide to be considered a fit parent?
Proof that you have a job, a place to live, and are free of drugs is a start. Also bring singed statements from reliable sources that you are fit.
